How Jake's Became The Midwest's Best Ginger Juice,

It all started with my dad, Jake.  He was the inspiration behind Jake's StrongGinger Juice. I can attribute our successes to the things Jake believed in most and what I learned growing up. Jake's three pillars. Love. Health. And Adventure.  These became the drivers of the Jake's brand which eventually bore his name. Jake was what made me rethink the way ginger juice should be made.

First, we started with the best, most potent organic ginger. Peruvian organic ginger, from one of Jake' favorite places to adventure.

Second, we gave serious thought to whether Jake's should be cold-pressed or steeped.  We chose steeping, because steeping released and activated more of ginger's most powerful ingredient, Gingerol. 

Third, we refused to stabilize our our ginger juice with chemicals like citric acid and other preservatives.  Instead, we chose "whole lemons".  Peruvian, organic lemons to compliment and complete our unique grind,blend and steeping  process. We refused to add sugar, artificial colorings, emulsifiers and the kind of stuff you find in many other leading ginger juices. 

Fourth, we filter our water to eliminate fluoride, chlorine and other chemicals found in most municipal water supplies. 

Fifth, we bottle our product in glass bottles (not plastic), immediately after steeping, when the Gingerol activation is the highest. This ensures you get the highest efficacy, most beautiful golden and tasty ginger juice anywhere to be found.  

We're pretty transparent about our process, and we're fine with that. We invite our competition to copy what we do. That just makes the entire ginger juice category better. My dad always said to me when I raced sailboats as a teen, "Share what you know with your competition so they get better.
