Refund policy

If your Jake's StrongGinger shipment arrives damaged, or if you can detect that your product has been tampered with or adulterated in any way, please send a photo and explanation to: Nate Jingst at nate@thepiquegroup to determine whether your shipment has been approved for return. In most cases it will.  We want to be sure that you're satisfied and that we have responsibly kept our promises.
