Unopened, unused and in its original condition.
You may request a full refund within 30 days as long as the product remains unopened and in its original condition. Please keep all packaging, labels and included materials together.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm that the package reaches our team safely.
Inspection and refund
We inspect the return, then process the refund.
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We will send confirmation when it has been issued.
Important product-safety requirement
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Jake’s StrongGinger is a consumable product. To protect product safety, freshness and quality, we cannot accept returns on any bottle that has been opened or used.
