Jake's StrongGinger began with a father.

Growing up, I watched my father, Frank "Jake" Jacobson, live a life guided by simple principles: work hard, care for people, stay curious, and trust that nature often provides what we need.

He was the kind of man people sought out for advice. Not because he had special credentials, but because he possessed something far more valuable—wisdom earned through experience.

Years after his passing, I found myself reflecting on those lessons.

As a business coach, husband, father, grandfather, traveler, and lifelong student of health and wellness, I had spent decades helping people improve their lives and pursue meaningful goals. Yet I kept returning to the same realization my father had lived every day:

The most powerful changes often come from simple daily habits.

That belief eventually led me to create Jake's StrongGinger

Building a Better Ginger Juice

My journey with ginger became personal nearly twenty years ago.

I was struggling with severe acid reflux that often woke me in the middle of the night gasping for breath. More than once, I found myself stumbling through a dark house searching for relief while my wife slept peacefully nearby. Medical treatment helped me regain control, but I began searching for a long-term approach that aligned with my desire for healthier, more natural daily habits.

As I researched potential options, one ingredient appeared again and again: ginger.

That discovery brought a smile to my face because it reminded me of my father, Frank "Jake" Jacobson, who had appreciated ginger's benefits for years. Inspired by his example, I began making and drinking my own ginger juice.

To my surprise, it became an important part of my daily routine.

Soon I was sharing it with friends from Bible study, and their encouragement eventually led me to create Jake's StrongGinger. What started as a personal wellness journey grew into a family business dedicated to helping others enjoy the same simple, wholesome ingredients that had become meaningful in my own life.
