Jake’s Amazing Salad Dressing

I’m sharing with you my Jake’s salad dressing recipe Its good. Really good. Not because of anything I’ve done.  God gets the credit, because He made all the ingredients. I’m grateful I found them.

This particular salad starts with fresh spring mix, slivered green peppers, slivered purple onions, garlic, chopped green onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, finely shredded cheese, and roasted crunchy pecans.

So now for the dressing recipe!  You can put this dressing in any salad and you’ll love it. I promise!

The dressing starts with 3 tbs of Jake’s, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 2 tbs of basalmic vinegar (I use pear infused) 3 tbs of maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix the dressing  ingredients together and put the dressing in  bottom of your salad mixing bowl. Then put on enough spring mix for two and toss them in the dressing to cover all the greens. Then sprinkle on your toppings (i.e. slivered green peppers, purple onions, etc.  in the amounts you desire!

One other tip…marinade the slivered green peppers in a little Jake’s.  It gives them a soft and subtle gingery flavor that makes your salad taste even better!

Enjoy this salad after a nice fall walk swishing through leaves. What a beautiful world we live in. God is good. Enjoy your life to the fullest. Hug the ones you love and let them know you love them.  Never stop loving and exploring. Jake
