Salads Dressing Recipes

Blackberry Ginger Dressing

1/2 cup blackberries
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Jake’s
2 tbsp honey or agave
Pinch of salt
Water for thinning
Mix in blender. I like to run it thru a fine mesh strainer
to remove seeds.

Ginger Honey Mustard Dressing

4 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Jake’s
2 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
water for thinning
Wisk together or mix in blender
til combined.
